I want my clients to be partners in their own healing. I want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. Healing chronic and intractable ailments takes a certain level of sensitivity, which I’ve honed to treat stubborn conditions with gentle methods.

WHAT I BELIEVE

Gentle Healing

I first came to holistic wellness looking for a gentler way of treating my own symptoms. After seeing how yoga, Reiki and meditation treated my symptoms gently and effectively, I decided to become a Reiki Practitioner. Today, I believe in providing gentle healing that improves every aspect of my client's lives.

MY TREATMENTS

REIKI ENERGY BALANCING

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Reiki Practitioner, I help clients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

REIKI FOR CHILDREN

Offering Reiki to Children is a service that is very close to my heart. As an Early Childhood Educator I have many years experience working with children. I combine my Early Childhood background and my Reiki Work to create Energy Healing Experiences for Children of all ages. I vist the child's home or school to flow Reiki in the child's comfortable environment. Reiki sessions are helpful to chldren with Anxiety, ADD & ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Integration Disorder, Chronic or Acute Illnesses, Learning Disabilities, Sudden Life Stressors such as separation or divorce, death of a close family member, adjusting to a new home, birth of a sibling.

REMOTE ENERGY HEALING

With a Remote Energy Healing session your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. During a Remote Healing Session, I will tune into your energetic system to flow Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy or Mother Mary Medicine through time and space. You will rest comfortably or meditate in your home to receive the healing energy. Distance Healing can also be supported using Zoom Conference Call. 

MOTHER MARY MEDICINE

This energy healing session channels the gentle and compassionate energy of Mother Mary. Her love and forgiveness are unconditional. Allow Mother Mary to wrap her loving arms around you to bring healing, comfort and peace. 

INTEGRATED ENERGY THERAPY
